Book a Fundraiser
Richman’s is committed to supporting our local community by helping groups like schools, libraries, youth sports teams and non-profit organizations.
DETAILS
Fundraisers run Monday – Thursday, from 6 – 9 PM. Richman’s will donate 20% of all proceeds collected from customers verbally indicating participation in, or presenting a flyer or electronic proof (e-mail, website or social media posting) showing that they are part of the organization’s fundraiser for the date and time posted.

ADVERTISING
Richman’s requires that your organization take responsibility for the advertising of the fundraiser. For a successful fundraising event, you should have a minimum of 200 people attend. Posting the event on social media sites as well as distributing flyers are effective ways of advertising.

SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION
Please submit your application at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed date of the fundraiser.

PAYMENT
Your check will be processed and mailed to the address of the organization stated on the application. It usually takes up to 2 weeks after completion of the event.
